We ship our products from the Philippines. Once your order is shipped:

Philippines:
Metro Manila: 2-5 business days
Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days

Japan:
3-4 Weeks

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped or processed.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order will have been processed.
